Ingredient Choices and Substitutions
I used the Nestle vegan condensed milk for this recipe which is becoming increasingly difficult to find (I hope it hasn’t been discontinued), the only other one that’s easily sourced in the UK is the Biona condensed coconut milk, which would still work although may end up with a slightly different texture.

How to store and keep
Unfortunately, as this is a Creami recipe, all of it needs to be consumed in one sitting unless you want to refreeze your container or a further 24 hours and re-spin it at a later date.

Ingredients
- 175 g honeydew melon chopped
- 120 ml vegan double cream
- 120 g vegan condensed milk
- 50 g icing sugar
- 1/2peach chopped into very small pieces
Instructions
- Blend the honeydew melon, set aside.
- Meanwhile add the vegan double cream and condensed milk to a large mixing bowl whip until you get a thick, heavy whipped texture.
- Add the blended melon and sift in the icing sugar and whip again. Your cream will lose some of its stiffness with the addition of the melon, but should still be relatively thick and creamy. Try to make the mix as lump free as possible. Stir in the chopped peach.
- Transfer the thick cream to a Creami pot and place in the freezer for 24 hours until ready. Set up your Creami and mix on ice cream mode. For best results, remove your tub from the freezer 15 minutes or so before you’re ready to mix it.
- Spin on the light ice cream setting, then you’re ready to serve.
